Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant position involves maintaining accounting systems for small business clients, including the chart of accounts, financial report formats, and databases. Duties include preparing Performance Impact Reports, personal and entity income tax returns, and journal entries. The Staff Accountant will monitor payroll processing and prepare all required payroll tax reports, instruct clients in the use of QuickBooks, and assist with software problems. They will also maintain budget information, prepare forecasts, and maintain client relations.
