Job Description
The Vice President of Operations is a senior-level role leading high profile operational programs. Works with our site operations teams to drive sustainable improvements which will include addressing KPIs, efficiency, talent, footprint and ultimately customer satisfaction. Brings insight and structure while focusing on operational priorities that will improve employee engagement, customer satisfaction and ultimately profitability.
Key Responsibilities include identification, development and timely completion of key operational improvement programs, meeting operational targets, developing KPIs, supporting footprint projects, ensuring effective governance for key operational improvement programs, managing forecasts, identifying opportunities, promoting industry-leading safety standards, and supporting margin progression targets.
Must have a proven track record of partnering with internal team members to implement operational improvements. BS in Engineering, Business Administration or related field, MS/MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in senior level leadership roles in operations.
