Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with existing customers to design and implement additional products.
- Serve as the technical expert on our full product suite.
- Advise customers on best practices for financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or customer-facing roles, finance background preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
