Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly S&OP process to develop rolling 24-month consensus demand forecast.
- Coordinate with Global Demand Planner and commercial teams to integrate market intelligence.
- Manage NPI/EOL demand profiles and validate sales history for statistical forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years experience in supply chain planning in water treatment or similar industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and SalesForce, strong analytical and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Remote or hybrid work across Europe.
