Key Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve the SI&OP process to support profitable growth and operational excellence.
- Lead monthly SI&OP cycles including product, demand, supply, and executive reviews.
- Present planning outcomes, recommendations, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or Finance; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning within manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of sales and operations planning, inventory optimization, and demand planning.
