Key Responsibilities:
- You will develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels.
- You will lead the demand consensus process, bringing together cross-functional teams.
- You will analyze forecast accuracy and identify drivers of variance.
Qualifications:
- You have 7+ years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
- You possess strong analytical skills and experience with large SKU-level datasets.
- You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment and can facilitate consensus.
