Merchandise Planner

Role Overview:

• The Merchandise Planner is a key member of the Merchandising & Planning team, responsible for developing sales and inventory strategies.
• This role serves as the primary liaison between merchandising, operations, and finance to optimize inventory investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage merchandise planning for multiple product categories and drive inventory parameters.
• Lead the weekly forecasting process and support OTB alignment across teams.
• Design analytics frameworks to evaluate business performance and perform statistical analysis.

Qualifications:

• BA degree or equivalent preferred, with 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or inventory planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning software such as Domo or NetSuite are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset.
