The Director Performance Analytics will play a key leadership role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing performance across the organization. This position will be responsible for providing strategic insights into key metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement related to patient outcomes, operational efficiency, financial performance, and clinical quality. The director will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will be at the forefront of driving strategic decision-making for Jasper’s Go-to-Market (GTM) teams by leading high-impact analytical and strategic initiatives to answer key questions about GTM motion, segmentation, structure, capacity planning, and deployment of GTM resources to optimize revenue growth and efficiency.

This role as a Sr. Strategy and Analytics Specialist will generate insights and strategic recommendations that drive the customer experience at Zapier. You will serve as a strategic thought partner to Customer Support leadership, focusing on leveraging data and analytics to drive operational improvements, inform decision-making, and support future-focused initiatives.

Structure and negotiate high-value commercial agreements that leverage Magic Leap's intellectual property and technological capabilities to position the company for long-term success. You'll develop frameworks for technology partnerships that maximize the value of Magic Leap's intellectual property portfolio while protecting core technological advantages. Build and lead a high-performing team as the partnership portfolio grows.
