New Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients, overseeing care plans and collaborating with PCPs and specialists.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team to provide wrap-around virtual care.
• Deliver high-quality virtual care including enrollment visits, acute escalations, and post-hospital follow-ups.
• Empower families to navigate their child’s health journey with confidence.

What You Bring & How You Qualify:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with pediatric population; Community Based Health or Complex Care strongly preferred.
• Accredited program for NP or PA-C with board certification and active LA or TN licensure.
• Experience with Medicaid, community health, and virtual care preferred.
