New Pediatrician

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients: Oversee care plans, collaborate with PCPs and specialists, ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team: Partner with nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers to provide wraparound care.
• Serve as the face of Imagine Pediatrics: Represent in external forums, engage with local medical communities, advocate for value-based care.

What You Bring & How You Qualify:

• Unrestricted MD or DO with Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, and/or Missouri state license.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
• 5 years post residency experience managing children with medical complexity.

• Base salary range $210,000 - $225,000 plus annual bonus incentive and equity purchase program.
