Meridian Partners seeks an innovative and collaborative Workday Benefits Sr. Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on Benefits for our public sector clients. You will partner with clients to understand complex benefits structures, including union, non-union, and retiree populations governed by state and local policies.
Your responsibilities include leading collaborative discovery sessions to document requirements and translating them into effective, compliant Workday configurations. Applying Meridian’s internal Workday Delivery Framework (MDF) and Workday Delivery Implementation Methodology (WDIM) across all phases. You will also provide expert guidance on Workday Benefits best practices, ensuring configuration aligns with delivered functionality and avoid unnecessary customization.
