About the Role:
- As an AR Specialist, you will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable for outpatient therapy clinics.
- You will work remotely or on-site in Greenville, SC, with a focus on reducing aged receivables and improving cash flow.
Responsibilities:
- Review aging reports and follow up on unpaid and denied claims with insurance carriers.
- Investigate discrepancies and document all collection activities accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clinics to resolve billing issues and identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management preferred.
- Knowledge of claim processing, denials, and insurance follow-up required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus attention to detail.
