Job Description
As a Software Engineer II, you will be building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Your core responsibility will be backend development, including crafting APIs, implementing business logic, and integrating complex databases and external services, with contributions to front-end architecture as needed. You will lead by example, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and leverage generative AI tools to enhance coding productivity and application performance. This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).
Contribute to system architecture, design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operation of components. Work directly with product management and your team while analyzing and decomposing complex software requirements into simple user stories for planning and execution. Conduct new technology research, proof of concept, and design work that will assist in determining direction for the enhancement of the overall system and products. Provide operational support to components that your team owns, including 24/7 availability as needed.
