Services Design Architect

Role Overview:

• Work as a functional resource across the entire Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) domain, bridging presales and delivery.
• Support the transition from Sales to Services ensuring continuity in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer design health assessments to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management to share customer feedback and advocate for useful enhancements.
• Author and update standardized services offerings aligned to current product capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in Spend Management or Procure-to-Invoice consulting with software implementation exposure.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Solid functional understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Invoice lifecycle.
