Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Student solutions within higher education environments.
- Configure and maintain student-related business processes including admissions and enrollment.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
