Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead full-cycle recruiting across tech and non-tech roles, from intake to close.
- Pipeline Generation: Source and engage top-tier passive talent through creative outreach and storytelling.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Deliver a respectful candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles
- Worked at a smaller, high-growth company where you wore many hats and helped shape early recruiting processes
- Proactive about building candidate pipelines
