About The Role:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Poka’s deployment within a single, highly strategic enterprise engagement.
- Orchestrate delivery across a complex partner ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure successful implementation and long-term value realization.
- Translate between operational realities at refinery/site level and executive-level program governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Professional Services, Content, Analytics, Integrations) to deliver against scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level SaaS or software implementation programs.
- Experience working with ERP, EAM/CMMS, or similarly integrated enterprise systems.
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills, with a knack for bringing clarity to complex environments.
