- Prepare and lead planning activities, define timelines.
- Coordinate integration checkpoints, data migration, testing.
- Ensure cutover readiness with technical and functional teams.
Monitoring & Control:
- Track progress across multiple technical workstreams.
- Ensure alignment with the master D365 program timeline.
- Meet deliverables and quality expectations.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management:
- Maintain RAID logs, identify cross-stream dependencies early.
- Escalate risks to the IT Solutions Director and PMO.
- Drive mitigation actions.
