Implementation Project Director

Duties:

• Coordinate work with functional area leaders & work stream owners as part of the project plan build out
• Ensure customer satisfaction by building relationships and through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
• Manage client expectations and cultivate the client relationship through implementation and stabilization

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the client
• Assist team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new process rollouts.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, project health, key risks, adjustments, and progress.
