Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide local oversight of the 340B program and ensure compliance with HRSA and OPA regulations.
- Manage split-billing software maintenance and conduct self-audits to maintain audit readiness.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all 340B matters and coordinate external and internal audits.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Business or Computer Science, or three years of direct 340B pharmacy coordination experience.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) or equivalent experience; must obtain within 6 months if not certified.
- Strong knowledge of 340B program regulations and compliance.
