The People Operations Specialist provides administrative services to the People Operations Business Partner (PBP) team. The role will support a variety of projects by preparing documents, reviewing and verifying data or reports, and coordinating logistics and meeting materials. The role will update or coordinate team member data entry into HR systems, provide administrative support for creation of job descriptions, people movement requests, and related activities.
This position will demonstrate professionalism and discretion to contribute to a high-functioning, caring work culture. The role will also serve as back-up for People Operations Coordinators, responding to team member requests and inquiries and maintain effective relationships within the department, and across the organization, to ensure stakeholder engagement for talent initiatives, activities, and requests.
