Instructional Systems Designer

The Instructional Systems Designer designs and develops cutting-edge cybersecurity training programs for federal clients, supporting both synchronous and asynchronous learning environments. In this role, you will leverage expertise in cybersecurity and instructional design methodologies to create engaging, scalable, and effective learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and learners to ensure course content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices. Accountabilities include developing and maintaining cybersecurity training courses using instructional design methodologies, creating both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (online) learning materials, and facilitating live instruction and providing guidance to learners during training sessions. The candidate will manage multiple course development projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
