Mission & Overview:

- Build tools that serve as the operational backbone of camp.
- Ensure tools are built well, evolve intentionally, and earn trust.
Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for admin workflows.
- Lead discovery with camp directors and staff to understand friction.
- Use AI and automation to eliminate busywork and protect time.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience shipping operational, workflow, or CRM B2B software.
- Strong instincts for safety, compliance, and sensitive data.
- Comfort with complex interconnected workflows and AI prototyping tools.
