Senior Tools Engineer

CD PROJEKT RED seeks an experienced Senior Tools Engineer to lead efforts in enhancing development workflows for Project Sirius, a new multiplayer adventure set in the Witcher universe. This role requires advanced expertise in creating robust, user-focused tools and proactive engagement in driving innovation across our engineering processes. The Daily Responsibilities includes leading the design and implementation of high-quality, maintainable C++ tools and workflows, primarily for Unreal Engine. This person will be working independently manage the full lifecycle of tool initiatives—from ideation and prioritization to deployment and ongoing support, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, enhancing team capabilities.
