As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will solve customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and escalating any emerging customer issues to the appropriate team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns. You will also keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, continuously striving to improve and maintain customer satisfaction levels. Additional requirements include providing your own computer and reliable high-speed internet, having a designated workspace, and being available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
