Founding Product Designer

About the Role:

• Founding design position at an early-stage AI-powered recruiting platform, 10–20 hours per week.
• You'll own the design language and set the visual and interaction standards for the whole product.

What You'll Do:

• Define and own the product's design direction, establishing visual identity and UX standards.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Build and document a scalable design system and manage design-to-code handoff.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of product design experience shipping consumer or B2B products end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and experience building design systems.
• Comfort making design decisions with incomplete information and iterating from feedback.

Location:

• Fully remote, candidates in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
