What You'll Do:

• Own and evolve the design system, bringing today's fragmented systems into a strong, shared foundation.
• Define the patterns and standards that help Assured experiences feel thoughtful and cohesive.
• Create tools and ways of working that enable others to build great experiences at scale.

• Strong product design experience with meaningful work on design systems or platform experiences.
• Exceptional attention to craft and strong interaction and visual design skills.
• A systems thinker who can turn complexity into clear, scalable solutions.
