Director, Business Development

Role & Team:

• You will join the Partnerships team as a Director, leading high-stakes AI partnerships for products like Duck.ai and Search Assist.
• The role involves structuring novel deals with significant product and technical complexity, working closely with internal teams from scoping to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge and manage strategic relationships with leading AI organizations, navigating a fast-changing competitive landscape.
• Create new distribution channels and partnership models to grow the company's AI services and user reach.
• Take full ownership of the commercial details, including drafting terms and building financial models, while partnering with Legal and Finance.

Requirements & Work Arrangement:

• Requires 10+ years in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships and 5+ years of cross-functional leadership.
• Must be located in the US, working fully remote with an expectation of 40 hours per week.
• Includes required travel approximately twice a year for company meetups and team retreats.
