Job Description
Investigate and Settle Claims: Investigate, evaluate, analyze, negotiate, and settle residential property claims in accordance with Max Insurance’s claims procedures and guidelines; Review policy wordings and acts to determine coverage, damages, and liability; Determine appropriate settlement amount based on independent judgment.
Customer Communication: Maintain ongoing communication and status updates to customers until file closure; Offer policyholders a fast and positive customer experience; Be empathetic to customers in their time of need.
Team Collaboration: Coach and mentor more junior adjusters; Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Work with opposing counsel and third-party adjusters.
