Systems Engineer, GTM

The Systems Engineer, GTM will partner with GTM stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and map current and future-state processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities. Duties include configuring and enhancing GTM systems to support evolving business needs, collaborating with the Salesforce Admin, developers, and solutions architect on complex projects and integrations, translating business requirements into functional specifications for development, and leading root cause analysis for systemic issues and recommending long-term solutions. The Systems Engineer will also maintain up-to-date process and system documentation and stay informed on GTM system releases, industry trends, and process best practices.
