Job Description
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a high conversion rate, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. You must be willing to work on a graveyard shift. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, identify customersโ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers and keep records of all conversations in our call center database. Freshers are welcome.
