- Review and manage ticketing system reports.
- Accurately document all communications with vendors, clients, and internal team members.
Experience:
- 2+ years of proven vendor management experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
