Director, Strategic Sourcing- Corporate Services

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a Benefits sourcing program that productizes services across all client industry groups.
• Engage with client stakeholders, own RFP process, and lead supplier negotiations with TCO modeling.
• Build best-in-class supplier ecosystems and monitor spend, performance, and savings targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of indirect procurement experience with deep HR & Benefits expertise.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations, TCO modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in MS Office, with excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
