Senior Product Manager - Normalization

Lead the product vision for normalization at Truveta, a foundational capability that transforms fragmented, messy healthcare data into clean, structured, and interoperable information. This role powers downstream analytics, clinical research, and AI models across Truveta’s platform by ensuring the data is meaningful, standardized, and trustworthy. Define and drive products that map raw semi-structured and unstructured clinical data—spanning diagnoses, labs, medications, procedures and genomic data—into standard terminologies to enable scientifically rigorous research. You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, data engineering, and AI/ML, delivering normalization pipelines that leverage advanced machine learning techniques. This role requires collaboration across engineering, clinical informatics, AI, and platform teams.
