Senior Accounting Manager

The Senior Accounting Manager will help scale and strengthen GameChanger's accounting function. You will lead monthly and quarterly close processes, partner with FP&A to support budgeting and forecasting, and lead improvements across reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting systems. You will also implement internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and DICK'S Sporting Goods requirements. As part of this role, you'll provide mentorship and daily guidance to members of the accounting team while building scalable processes to support a high-growth technology business. Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate results in accordance with GAAP and Company policy. Establish and implement internal controls, approval processes to support scaling operations and compliance with DICK'S Sporting Goods requirements. Responsible for managing, developing and directing Accounting teammates. Develop critical skillsets across the team; provide ongoing developmental feedback and opportunities for growth.
