VP / Deputy General Counsel – Litigation & Intellectual Property

This attorney will report directly to the General Counsel and play a senior leadership role, shaping the company’s litigation and IP strategy and ensuring readiness for future growth. The VP/DGC – Litigation & IP will oversee high-profile litigation, direct the company’s intellectual property protection strategy, and act as a key advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Leading strategy and decision-making on complex, high-stakes litigation. Managing outside counsel relationships, budgets, and litigation outcomes. Overseeing IP protection and enforcement, including trade secrets, proprietary formulations, and brand/trademark issues. Proactively managing legal risks across business lines. Advising leadership on litigation posture and risk mitigation. Leading, mentoring, and developing a litigation/IP-focused legal team.
