Role Overview:
- Manage and oversee the design of high-quality, research-aligned assessment products through cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain and share subject matter expertise, translating educational research into actionable design strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to establish logic models and assessment design frameworks, mentoring peers.
Who You Are:
- You have a master's or doctoral degree in measurement sciences, education, or related field, with 7+ years of assessment design experience.
- You are an expert in assessment design principles, lead complex projects, and influence cross-functional teams.
- You are data-driven, committed to equity, and familiar with digital learning platforms.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range: $120,000 - $130,000 USD, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and a flexible Time Away Program.
- We offer 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 1 wellness day, and a winter office closure.
