Trainee

Manay CPA is offering a Long Term Trainee Program for young trainees who wish to put their education into practice in a fast-growing, full-service American CPA firm! There are openings in different departments, including Accounting/Tax, People & Culture, Marketing, and Business Development & Sales! At the end of this program, Trainees will have the opportunity to continue as full-time or part-time employees. As a trainee, you will be able to put your education into practice within a fast-growing, international environment and work on a meaningful project while also learning soft and technical skills. You will be paired with multiple experienced mentors and receive a detailed evaluation of your performance throughout the program. You will also research topics relevant to your department according to the US system, learn company platforms and programs and work with a team to resolve issues, learning about the full cycle of the department. Depending on your department, you will be able to learn about different business functions and how they relate to the bigger picture.
