Summary:
- Supporting both Community and Student volunteer counselors on Trevor’s crisis services platforms.
- Serving as a primary support for Trevor’s volunteers.
- Aiding in the day-to-day operations of The Trevor Project’s volunteer programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading ongoing training sessions for volunteers to ensure their continuous growth and development.
- Providing volunteers with concise and constructive written and verbal feedback, as needed.
- Leading projects and initiatives that drive performance, quality and impact across the active volunteer base
Minimum Qualifications:
- MSW with two years of experience or LCSW,required to support Practicum students.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues, including the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ youth.
