Summary:

  • Supporting both Community and Student volunteer counselors on Trevor’s crisis services platforms.
  • Serving as a primary support for Trevor’s volunteers.
  • Aiding in the day-to-day operations of The Trevor Project’s volunteer programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leading ongoing training sessions for volunteers to ensure their continuous growth and development.
  • Providing volunteers with concise and constructive written and verbal feedback, as needed.
  • Leading projects and initiatives that drive performance, quality and impact across the active volunteer base

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MSW with two years of experience or LCSW,required to support Practicum students.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues, including the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ youth.
