Job Description
Analyzes and codes multi-specialty profee surgery cases performed in the OR (including but not limited to: General Surgery, Plastics, Ortho, Neurosurgery, and Otolaryngology) by reviewing documentation and confirming coding is in compliance with regulatory standards. Identifies trends / problems in medical documentation and recommends possible solutions. Assists with billing and documentation in daily interaction with physicians regarding various inquiries relating to CPT and ICD-10 coding. This is a fully remote position.
