As a member of the Managed Services team, the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Support Consultant will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application. The Support Consultant will own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members to deliver a resolution.
The Finance Support Consultantβs primary focus will be assisting customers with the Financial and Project modules. In addition to day-to-day issue resolution, the Finance consultant may be involved in larger performance improvement initiatives, implementing new modules, version updates and testing efforts. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, troubleshooting issues, and developing whitepapers.
