Job Description
In this role, you will support the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will assist in CRM retargeting, onsite communications management, and cross-selling initiatives across various communication channels. You will contribute to the planning and the analysis of CRM campaigns to ensure continuous optimization can be led by data-driven decision-making. You will assist in planning and coordinating customer communications, across multiple channels. You will support the development and execution of CRM retargeting strategies to re-engage inactive players. You will help optimize retargeting campaigns to improve engagement and player lifetime value. You will ensure onsite communications align with the overall brand and marketing strategies. You will support collaboration with product development and marketing teams to identify cross-selling opportunities. You will monitor and report on CRM campaign performance using relevant KPIs.
