Client Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise clients through proactive communication and trust.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Performance & Strategy:

• Analyze performance metrics and communicate insights to meet or exceed client goals.
• Assist in strategy planning for larger accounts, identifying growth opportunities with guidance from supervisors.
• Optimize campaigns using in-platform experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Collaboration & Execution:

• Work closely with Account Optimization Specialists and Marketing Assistants for effective campaign implementation.
• Share knowledge and best practices with teammates to foster collective improvement and service quality.
• Manage a high volume of accounts efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
