Software Engineering Process Manager

The Software Engineering Process Manager shapes the SE process based on experience from different roles in software development projects or application services. The candidate should be familiar with different programming languages, development approaches, and tools, as well as software engineering concepts and standards, starting from life-cycle models like V-Model XT, Spice, and DevOps. This role requires the ability to design new process standards, align with stakeholders, and enable project teams. Responsibilities include requirement management, tracking, identification, clarification of new process demands, evaluation against standards, change planning, implementation of improvements, release, deployment, rollout of new versions, KPI based measurement and analysis, and support of deals, projects and quality management regarding application of standards.
