Drive the execution of creative projects from intake through to final delivery, managing timelines, workflows, and communication across a variety of formats β including digital, video, social, and more. Act as a central hub between creative and channel stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations. Own the creative intake process- review briefs for completeness, assign work based on team capacity, and ensure every project is set up for success from day one. Maintain daily visibility into project health by tracking progress, identifying blockers, and proactively flagging resource gaps or shifting priorities. Keep teams informed and connected by providing consistent updates to the Director of Creative Operations and cross-functional stakeholders. Champion process excellence- help evolve workflows, streamline task handoffs, and ensure every project moves quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Support reporting and visibility by ensuring accurate data input in project systems so leadership can understand project volume, delivery timelines, asset types, and team workload.
