Solutions Consultant - ERP Integrations

Plays a critical role in delivering customer value by ensuring seamless, scalable integration and adoption of Higharc’s solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on as you will lead successful ERP integrations (e.g. CSV/API) into homebuilder purchasing systems, empower operational teams (P&E, S&M) to adopt our products, and own key outcomes across implementation, data, and usage. Success requires strong project management, deep functional understanding of homebuilder workflows, and the ability to guide integration strategy from scoping through execution. You’ll act as the customer-facing contact for ERP/CRM integration and data transformation efforts while aligning with internal teams to drive fast, effective outcomes. The role also involves enabling internal teams on integration frameworks and representing the voice of the customer.
