Job Description

Account Specialist plays a critical role in preventing delinquent accounts from escalating into higher-risk stages. By engaging customers early in their delinquency, this role protects Attain’s portfolio performance while strengthening customer trust. Specialists balance empathetic conversations with firm negotiation strategies, using tools such as deferrals, restructures, and repayment schedules to preserve customer relationships while reducing risk exposure. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers to negotiate repayment plans and prevent progression to late stage. Assess customer circumstances and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Escalate complex cases to Senior Account Specialists or Supervisors.
