Configure, troubleshoot, and support the BCM tool suite for end users.
Enhance dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to meet stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve issues and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus typically 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong BCM tool administration, configuration, and reporting skills.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and project management skills.
