Commercial Appraisal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent internal reviews of appraisal reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and bank standards.
• Act as a resource to bank staff and assist in managerial duties, including guiding and advising department staff in complex phases of their work.
• Assess the validity of existing appraisals and evaluations, determining if they reflect market value for subsequent transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with 10 or more years of appraisal experience.
• State Certified General Appraiser certification in PA, MD, NJ, VA, DE, or DC required.
• 5 or more years of banking experience and 3 or more years of management experience preferred.
