Key Responsibilities:
- Perform independent review of real estate appraisals of increased complexity for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Guide management and affiliate staff on risk management of complex real estate collateral.
- Assist in developing and coordinating corporate appraisal policy and appraisal review program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5 or more years of appraisal development and review experience.
- State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser certification required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $81,200.00 - $135,300.00 annually.
- Eligible for short-term incentive compensation plan based on individual and company performance.
